With 18+ years of experience as a leader at companies like Google and Airbnb, I’ve built high-performing teams and coached individuals of all different backgrounds including tech professionals, engineers, healthcare professionals, finance and marketing professionals, and consultants.

I hold a BA in International Relations, a Master’s in Global Development (Leadership focus), and I’m a certified Master Transformational NLP practitioner. I also advise startups, bringing a blend of strategic insight and personal development to every coaching conversation.
